HBA of Missouri Lobbyist Report - Work Comp Case Impact and Tax Commission Report

Missouri's 2011 Legislative Session officially begins on Wednesday, January 5. One item already under scrutiny will be the state's tax credit programs -- including recommendations from a Tax Credit Review Commission to change/decrease credits related to low-income housing and historic preservation. For more information about this report and how legislators are responding to it, as well as a recent legal case that may impact work comp coverage for your business, please read the weekly report from HBA of Missouri Lobbyist, Jewell Patek, by clicking here. If you have questions or would like additional information, please contact HBA Government Affairs Specialist, Jennifer McClure at 838-1456 or jennifer@springfieldhba.com.
