KSPR 33: Taney Co. Fears Lawsuit - Revamps Planning & Zoning

KSPR Reporter Joanna Small recently reported regarding Taney County's plans to revamp Planning & Zoning. Neighboring Stone County's P & Z was ruled invalid and shut down after a group of developers sued about a year and a half ago. Because Taney County's codes are so similar it is trying to avoid a similar fate.
